**Your Role at Impact**:
The position requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and who prides themselves on being collaborative, strategic thinking, and highly creative.

**What You'll Do**:**Drive incremental growth**:

- Accountable for setting and delivering on key KPIs.
- Build a content strategy with marketing manager & PXA team to support key Academy & social KPIs.
- Research and ideate new content pillars and social content series/formats.
- Monitor & optimise quarterly.
- Track goals and report quarterly.
- Strategically open new social media accounts where relevant.

**Content & monthly calendar creation**:

- Monthly meetings with the Academy team to align on courses for the month ahead.
- Build out of content outline monthly.
- Briefing graphic designers, giving directional feedback where needed.
- Strategic placement of content, days, times, hashtags.
- Delivery of final monthly content plan for sign-off.
- Schedule on Hootsuite using vanity URLs, tagging.
- Field adhoc last-minute post requests.
- Create new workflows to support easy population and forward planning of all upcoming content.

**Community management**:

- Daily strategic engagement with current and potential followers to increase engagement metrics and brand awareness.
- Field daily social media complaints and queries.
- Building any new internal workflows needed to support this.

**Reporting**:

- Use in-platform/Data Studio and Salesforce data to pull monthly metrics. Analyse, create insights and create reports.
- Present findings monthly to the social marketing manager with optimization recommendations.

**Paid advertising**:

- Build brand equity-based paid ads or boost LinkedIn updates accordingly to strategy and Academy KPIs.
- Manage monthly budget.
- Present findings monthly to the social marketing manager & Academy team, with recommendations.

**Adhoc projects**:

- Adhoc research into trends, creatives, best practices.
- Adhoc social support for brand campaigns including creative input, ideation, and execution.
- Adhoc support to the central social team where needed.

**Required experience**:

- 4-5 years pure social media management experience
- Social strategy creation
- Paid social advertising & reporting experience
- Social media copywriting
- Content planning and production
- Design briefs and creative direction feedback
- Community management
- Data analysis: Reporting and building actionable insights
- Relevant degree/ diploma in social media/ marketing

**Advantageous experience**:

- Brand management experience
- Working on in a tech/educational environment
