**Position Overview**:
As the Head of Social Media Marketing at Twisted Fox Creative, you will lead our social media team in developing and executing creative and impactful strategies across various platforms. You'll be responsible for driving engagement, growing audiences, and achieving client objectives through innovative social media campaigns. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our social media approach, delivering results, and exceeding client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Lead the social media team in planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve client objectives, such as brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform content strategy, audience targeting, and campaign optimization, maximizing ROI and driving performance improvements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and business goals, providing strategic recommendations and insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing, incorporating innovative approaches to drive results for clients.
- Manage social media budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve client objectives and deliver optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with social media platforms, influencers, and industry partners to stay ahead of trends and leverage new opportunities.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the social media team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics, including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for driving results and achieving client objectives through social media channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in a client-facing role and managing client relationships.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to social media marketing.
