**Description**:
The F&B Supervisor's responsibilities include maintaining the revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure an efficient F&B operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

**Requirements**:

- Matric ( Non Negotiable)
- Hospitality or Food Services Management Qualification
- Proven work experience as a F&B Supervisor (2 - 3 Years)
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and waitering staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software advantageous - LightSpeed
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Friendly, courteous and service-orientated
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
- Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
- Great attention to detail
- Presentable/Professional appearance and well spoken
- Team Player who leads by example
- Proactive in approach
- Interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
