As a Citrix Consultant, you’ll be responsible for providing consulting services to our customers. You will analyse business requirements and help develop solutions based on your knowledge of current Citrix products and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- This position is responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions that address customer requirements, assisting them in deploying Citrix solutions efficiently, and understanding the solution’s impact.
- Ensures that services are provisioned according to business needs and customer needs.
- Provides timely configuration, updates, and support of Citrix products and services.
- Reviews source code and troubleshoots all types of installation issues, such as licensing, and performance, Provides direct on-site technical support for Citrix Provisioning Services, Citrix Analytics, Citrix Monitoring & Management, and Citrix Reporting
- Maintains accurate time stamps and backups.
- Monitors, ensure setup is correct on Citrix Analytics & Endpoint manager as per best practice and reporting to key organizational stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and understanding of Citrix products and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required
- Experience with the following technologies: Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop; Citrix Receiver; Citrix Lifecycle Services (LCS); Group Policy Management (GPM); Microsoft Active Directory; Windows Server 2012 R2 or later; Internet Explorer 11, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers.
