Sales & Marketing Specialist Africa Automotive Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa We are currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to join as the Sales Lead & Marketing Specialist for West/Central Africa. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, a deep understanding of regional markets, and possess strong sales and marketing skills, we invite you to be a key part of this Groups growth and success. Essential Requirements of the Role - Deep understanding of the automotive B2B business (B2C experience is a plus) and market trends. - Strong entrepreneurial mindset with regional business expertise. - "Natural authority" in a cultural context. - Engineering or commercial background with solid product expertise. - Experience in establishing, maintaining, and growing business relationships in culturally diverse regions. - Strong networking and coordination/cooperation skills. - Deep knowledge of marketing and communication processes, tools, and trends. - Fluency in English and French (optional). Role Responsibilities: Sales Lead - Manage and coordinate all Sales activities to support existing business and develop customer strategies for future business opportunities. - Drive sales development in line with the defined brand and sales strategy while achieving market share and profitability targets. - Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships in culturally diverse regions. - Negotiate agreements with customers in alignment with set targets and provide operational customer sales support. - Ensure effective communication between internal functions and customers to enhance customer satisfaction. Marketing: - Develop and implement marketing strategies for all brands and products in the sub-region/country/customer, aligned with the regional strategy. - Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through impactful marketing campaigns. - Create and execute communication strategies in line with the regional strategy. - Manage marketing budgets and collaborate with the Sales team to execute marketing plans effectively.
