**Marketing specialist**

**Mission**
The mission of SOLshop **marketing specialist **is to grow our group buying marketplace by focusing on 4 areas:
1. Acquiring new customers to join our group buying platform.
2. Increasing customers retention to join groups regularly.
3. Improving overall engagement of customers saving on many items.
4. Growing the online sales of our partners, farmers, merchants, producers, factory owners and suppliers.

**Outcomes**:

- Improve activation flow metric by 50%
- Increase customer retention by 30%
- Improve engagement by 25%
- Increase online sales by 60%

**Professional competencies**
1. A minimum of 3 years work experience as a Marketing Specialist
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
3. Proven 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing: running Google Ads, fb / IG campaigns, Tik Tok, etc,.
4. Extensive experience in sales and marketing strategy development and implementation
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
6. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a requirement
7. Proven experience in e-commerce - an advantage
8. Proven experience in B2C marketplace - an advantage
