**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field an added advantage
- 4 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or Business Developer role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the steel industry (non-negotiable)
- Minimum of 3 years of international trading experience (an added advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the chemical industry (an added advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the raw materials industry (an added advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the company's market share and profitability
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Manage the company's brand and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content
- Manage the company's social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Manage a team of marketing professionals
