**About Us**:
We are currently looking for a Divisional Manager in Kwa-Zulu Natal, to plan, organise, coordinate, review, evaluate and supervises the operation and maintenance activities of the units. To direct and coordinate the core activities of the Tsebo Cleaning Solutions KZN region in support of the General Manager. Core to this environment is to maintain the culture to mirror the client expectation of outcome-based cleaning to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Key to the purpose of the role is to also promote and establish the environment to meet the changing expectations in industry to revolutionise the cleaning industry as it stands today to deliver on the organisational objectives end to end.

Tsebo Cleaning Solutions is now the third largest cleaning provider in South Africa with over 150 contracts across the country and a staff compliment of over 12,000 cleaning professionals. **Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Take full responsibility and management of all units under this portfolio
- Relationship building with the client and customers focusing on the top 20% of clients and customers (essential).
- Must be able to work long hours and over weekends should there be a need
- Provide effective leadership to cleaning managers and their team of cleaning staff
- Ensure the company’s image is projected through excellent client relationships, quality of service, product and productivity
- Develop medium and long-term strategies to grow the business in conjunction with the operations manager
- Comply with the division’s budgetary requirements within the financial guidelines
- Understand and maintain all financial aspects of the business - budgeting, forecasting
- Understand and implement company standards, policies and procedures in line with legislation
- To work and operate in a stressful environment and perform well under pressure
- Ensure quality control is in accordance with the company standards
- Oversee cash management (control of debtors, stock checks etc.)
- Effect profit growth in all areas of responsibility
- Meeting agreed deadlines with regards to submission of forecasts, profit and losses etc
- People management (including succession planning, E.R., training and development) and performance management and leave management
- Operational standards - Maintain and improve on operational standards as agreed
- Meeting all quality / star grading standards within the areas of responsibility, as per Companies grading checklist and KRAs within the performance management scheme
- Be innovative and implement new ideas
- Ensure consistency of staff uniforms
- Responsible for monthly sign off

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Minimum of 5-8 years management experience in middle management role
- Experience with Gardens and Land Scaping
- Relevant experience in a similar senior management role
- Flexibility with respect to working hours
- Ability to build and maintain a motivated team in a dynamic environment
- Innovative approach to streamlining systems
- Knowledge of cost centre management
- Excellent client relations management
- Customer service orientated
- Proven financial management
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to the industry. (e.g. H&S, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to the cleaning industry
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
