Paid Media Campaign Manager

**How you'll role**
As the Paid Media Campaign Manager, you will assist a fast-growing digital division. You will work with the head of digital to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet targets. You will join a team that is moulded by creativity and execution. If you have great ideas and a willingness to learn, then this is for you.
**What you'll do**
- Upload and schedule paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, Twitter and website partners
- Manage paid media budget spend and allocate budgets to deliver campaign objectives
- Be responsible for monthly or sometimes weekly social media and paid media reports
- Provide paid media strategy guidance in order to deliver the objectives set out in the brief
- Monitor campaign performance constantly, analysing data and adapting the campaigns to ensure they are constantly optimised to reach targets
- Use your understanding of fit-for-platform content and copy to guide our content creation team on delivering best practice, as well as proofreading
**What you'll need**
- A Bachelor's Degree minimum and relevant industry experience
- 3+ years’ experience working on digital and social media paid media campaigns
- Excellent understanding of social and digital media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google
- To be able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Certifications in social and google platforms (advantageous)
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)
- Transparent and honest communication skills
- Willingness to consistently learn new skills in a growing industry
