**Key Responsibilities**:
Match French gourmet products, particularly cheese, to the diverse requirements of our client base.

Engage with a varied clientele, from sophisticated connoisseurs to first-time enthusiasts, providing guidance and product knowledge.

Execute retail sales transactions and manage the point-of-sale system.

Contribute to the preparation and presentation of cheese and other gourmet delights.

Maintaining clean and sanitary conditions

Providing excellent customer service

Handling food preparation and storage

Assisting in inventory management

Ensuring product freshness and quality

Performing other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Culinary experience and a genuine passion for gourmet food.

Basic knowledge of French cuisine, wines, and cheeses.

Previous experience in retail sales and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Some understanding of basic mathematics and accountancy.

Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.

Well-presented, friendly, flexible, energetic, self-starter, problem solver, independent, honest, and in good health.

**Experience**:
Minimum Matric qualification; some tertiary education preferred.

Previous exposure to France or central European countries is a plus.

**Work Conditions**:
