**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Increasing efficiency in managing stroke patients
- Supporting hospitals and healthcare professionals with continuous training and organizational tools
- Being an expert Therapeutic Consultant promoting new diagnostic and treatment guidelines to hospitals
- Fostering and promoting quality monitoring programs to ensure consistent hospital performance
- Extending the reach of the project to new hospitals
- Leading multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement
- Improving therapeutic protocols in major hospitals.
- Highly self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills including an engaging, enthusiastic manner
- Leadership, proactivity, flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English essential, and ideally Afrikaans
- Comfortable undertaking a customer facing role involving being field based day to day; please note there will be a requirement to attend a variety of international conferences so the willingness to stay away from home is also important
- Driving license
- Eligible to live & work in South Africa.

Pay: R143,350.00 - R600,000.00 per year
