The e-commerce sales assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing online sales, customer interactions, order processing, and assisting in promotional campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
**Key responsibilities**:
Manage client accounts, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of vouchers and products.
Manage and track inventory levels of over 6,000 products across multiple brands and update stock control systems accurately.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and contribute to growing our e-commerce catalogue.
Coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations, including loading products, updating pricing, and ensuring accurate product information.
Write compelling and informative product descriptions for our e-commerce platform.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Ensure accuracy in accounting records and supplier invoices.
Complete and submit accurate daily reports through our online portal.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Tertiary diploma or degree.
At least one years’ experience in e-commerce or similar.
Good understanding of logistics processes (from supplier orders to customer deliveries)
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive product descriptions.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, advanced Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and experience with e-commerce platform
**Information**:
Full-time position
Monday - Friday
**Salary**: R12,000 - R15,000 per month (dependent on experience)
