**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Lead the BBBEE** **transformation strategy and execution**
- Implement and oversee the company’s long-term B-BBEE strategy and ensure strategic alignment and implementation of each pillar against the annual targets set
- Drive and monitor the B-BBEE verification process to ensure the targeted outcome is achieved
- Research and benchmark best B-BBEE practices across various industries and competitors
- Act as secretariat to the B-BBEE Steering Committee

**2. **Lead Corporate Social Investments and engagement projects**
- Manage CSI process cycle wrt e.g. donations, donation requests, funding queries, tax certificate compliance, B-BBEE compliance, beneficiary tracking, contracts and contractual obligations, governance
- Identify opportunities of improvement including cost-savings opportunities across all CSI programs
- Manage an admin support team member for all operational and administrative activities for CSI programs
- Implement Monitoring and Evaluation framework of all CSI programs, while managing the consultants executing the project and ensure that all impact measurement indicators are tracked
- Signal and flag risk in terms of CSI programme oversight and implementation
- Manage, maintain, and ensure due diligence and alignment to Global Donations Policy across all the non-profit organisations that are funded or receive support from PepsiCo SA; oversee site donations to ensure adherence to policy
- Responsible for management and administration of the Breakfast programme co-ordinators
- Support operations enablement wrt local operational and community interface and project implementation, to improve engagement and delivery on the ground where we operate
- Execute plans according to regulatory standards and company strategy
- Benchmark company performance externally in terms of continuous improvement
- Build and foster key relationships with government, NGO’s, and industry stakeholders as it pertains to all CSI programs
- Work with the PPGA team to ensure alignment in terms of government affairs and stakeholder liaison
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure that the impact of PepsiCo’s CSI programs is communicated both internally and externally
- Ensure monthly content stream of CSI programmes activation and information for social media activation via the communications team
- Train associates on the Focused Giving, OSAAT and related platforms to ensure that all donations across PepsiCo SA’s Manufacturing sites and Distribution centres are captured and reflected correctly.
- Enhance EVP through employee as ambassadors through key CSI projects and activation.

**3.**
**Enhance the corporate brand through community events and employee engagement activities**
- Lead employee engagement activities within the business and identify possible partners or programs for employee participation
- Drive and implement the employee volunteer programme

**4. **Partner with Kgodiso Development Fund and the business to identify Enterprise Development opportunities for investment**
- Support with market research, partnership identification, deal structuring and developing an investment thesis

**5. **Implement targeted external and internal stakeholder engagement and activation strategies aligned to the overarching Corporate Affairs strategy**

Qualifications:

- Collaborative style and ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience growing and sustaining a multi-faceted portfolio and programme
- Fluency with effective organizational and operational practices, particularly on budgeting and financial management
- Strong development, project management, communication and stakeholder relations experience
- Prior experience in project and programme management (or other relevant) experience in a variety of positions both internally and externally
- Ability to confront and resolve ambiguity through structured, hypothesis lead problem solving
- Structures work plans effectively and adapts to changing demands
- Experience in any combination of the following fields:

- B-BBEE legislative framework and oversight
- Corporate Social Investment programme execution and management
- Relevant experience within Enterprise and Supplier Development
- Food and Beverage value chain
- Development finance, partnerships development and fund raising
- Willingness and ability to travel within South Africa
- Thought leader with strategic mindset
- Highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment
- Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to “manage up”
- Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
- Goes beyond the obvious to identify analytical insight within data and outline clear implications
