**purpose**:

- To lead the organisation-wide management of people changes associated with key strategic business transformation initiatives in partnership with business Ensure that all Human Capital impacts and requirements for change are considered and the appropriate change management methodologies are adopted to enable a successful transformation with mínimal disruption to client interactions and business operations The job has a primary reporting line into the Segment CHCO and strategic partnerships include but not limited to Group Org Effectiveness capabilities, Project Office etc.**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Bachelors Degree
- Experience - 5 to 8 years experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally at management level
- Additional Knowledge - Business and Commercial acumen
- Proven experience of delivering transformation projects in a complex corporate environment
- Ability to deal with complexity, ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and quickly identify and diagnose issues and resolve
- Resilience and persistence in driving change and achieving the business results
- Influencing and educating stakeholders across all levels of the business
- End to end management of targeted change programs
- A good understanding of organisational dynamics and understanding of business and people processes, policies, tools, and methodologies relevant to change
