Spa Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable spa services or packages.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (R350 000.00 per month) by closing deals with potential clients and converting leads into regular customers.
- Provide detailed information to clients about spa services, pricing, packages, and amenities.
- Tailor sales pitches and personalized spa recommendations based on clients' preferences, needs, and budget.
- Maintain an updated customer database with accurate contact details, preferences, and interactions for effective follow-up.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and personalized attention, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Upsell and cross-sell spa services, products, and membership programs to maximize sales revenue.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Attend and / or arrange various trade shows, events, corporate wellness days in order to market Bakwena Day Spa and create brand-awareness.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- A relevant or appropriate tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable motor vehicle.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in a similar sales role, preferably in the Hospitality or Beauty Industry.
- Strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Knowledge of spa services, wellness trends, and industry products.
- Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of different spa treatments and packages.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and generate reports.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends or evenings, as required by the business demands.
**Remuneration Package**:
- This position offers a basic monthly salary and 10% commission on all business procured in excess of the monthly sales target.
- Travel claims will be remunerated as per company policy.
