**How you'll role**

In your role as the Commercial Advisor, you must effectively plan, manage leads, and interact with potential businesses and professionals in order to achieve company goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be in charge of evaluating the requests of healthcare and legal experts and recommending appropriate protective strategies.

**What you'll do**
- Achieve objectives and targets through effective planning, lead management, and engaging with potential client
- Identify key stakeholders to target and ensure strong relationships are fostered
- Contacting potential clients and creating a rapport by networking, following up on leads, etc.
- Appraising the demands of healthcare professionals and advising them on suitable protection plans
- General admin duties pertaining to new business, endorsements, and claims

**What you'll need**
- Grade 12 is essential
- RE 5 qualifications are essential
- Class of business qualification for commercial lines is essential
- Recognised NQF level 5 qualification
- Minimum 2 of years' experience in a commercial insurance advisory role (as an agent or broker)
- Experience within a FinTech company, in an advisory role, beneficial
- Knowledge of commercial insurance (multimark policy wording, common exclusions, endorsements, etc.)
- High-performing and target driven
