Are you a results-driven, ambitious sales professional with a proven track record in the signage industry? We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Cape Town.

**What You'll Get**:

- **A Solid Base**: A fixed monthly basic salary of **R11,000**.
- **Sales target**: Minimum monthly sales target of **R100,000 per month**.
- **Uncapped Commission**: Our structure has **no limit** on your earning potential. We are offering **10% commission**. on all sales over and above the monthly sales target.
- **Essential Benefits**: We'll provide a **company phone** and a **fuel allowance** to cover your business-related expenses.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Proactively identify and generate new business leads within the signage market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed a monthly sales target of R100,000.
- Become a trusted expert on our signage products and services.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- A self-motivated and disciplined individual with a proven track record in sales.
- **A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience within the signage industry is required.**:

- Someone who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
