This role is for the Group Product manager for the Fidelity Services Group, you will drive the product and technology roadmap. You are a strong innovator with a technical background and a very strong and broad understanding of security technologies.

You need to be self-motivated, a relationship builder, and a strong leader.

The Group product manager is responsible for the whole product lifecycle across multiple disciplines, from Ideation, conceptualisation, development, growth, maturity and adoption, and retirement.

This incumbent needs to have a strong understanding of the SaaS and/or subscriber business model and a strong understanding of agile product management methodologies.

**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management.
- Experience in Product Management of SaaS products and subscription/recurring revenue business model.
- Experience in one or more security products such as CCTV, Intrusion, Access control, VSaaS, PSIM, Video AI, etc.
- Experience and knowledge in connected products (IoT).
- Experience in presenting and defending ideas at A, B and C level management
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience in full product life cycle management including knowledge of Agile methodology.

**Key Responsibilities (not totally inclusive)**:

- Drive the portfolio of IoT, CCTV, Intrusion, Access control and all related platforms, apps and software.
- Work with and manage the product management team to integrate Video AI, Smart Camera, Access Control readers, and controllers into the PSIM solution.
- Work with the developers to commercialize apps and projects.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through business adoption and metrics
- Manage the UX effort and voice of the customer
- Perform market analysis and identify shortfalls and opportunities
- Drive new product development projects via the agile product management process from the beginning to the end
- Lifecycle management of products in the portfolio effectively managing the business and transition of old product lines to new product lines. Develop and implement plans to manage entire life cycle of all products from launch through obsolescence.
- Provide leadership and collaboration to the product development, marketing, and operations team including ideation on new products/features, generation of product specifications (PRD/Scope), and go to market plan development.
- Develop pricing strategies for subscription based offers together with the Sales and marketing executives.
- Provide input for literature, advertisements, and other Product Marketing materials. Participate in trade shows.
- Develop and implement all sales and technical training activities and incentives.
- Keep abreast of market trends and developments in the security industry.
