Office & Facilities Manager (Durban, R430k Basic)

The Office Manager is responsible for all activities related to the management and maintenance of the office and housing facility, and includes required administration, account handling, security, and reception.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage the office facilities, policies and procedures to ensure that they are safe, secure and well maintained
- Oversee maintenance, safety and repair work and ensure that maintenance plans are in place for the office facilities and guest houses
- Monitor and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and service standards
- Maintain records/filing systems pertaining to inventory, supplies or maintenance
- Ensure adequate staffing levels across all facilities
- Manage petty cash float
- Coordinate activities with other departments, collaborating with other teams and managers
- Reviewing and analysing special reports, summarizing information, identifying trends and reporting to management
- Effective management of all subordinates to ensure all KPI’S are met
- Continuous improvement of business process to ensure efficiency and delivery
- Manage expatriates and business visitors and coordinate suitable accommodation, transport and Security
**Requirements**:
- A relevant degree or diploma
- 6 years experience in Facilities Management
- At least 3 years management/supervisory experience
**Salary**: Up to R430,000.00 per year
