Magnus Marketing seeks the services of a highly motivated and professional Customer Support Agent, who is willing to invest time and value into an innovative, dynamic and target driven Company; that recognises merit and results.

**Job Description**:
Identifying the nature of the query/complaint and following protocol to resolve the query/complaint.

Managing all platforms for client communication.

Ensuring that clients understand the service and product offering of the business - amongst other things.

Chasing for client documentation. (Including but not limited to KYC/FICA/Mandates) and explaining such documentation/terms to the client to expedite the retrieval of such documents.

Being fully acquainted with business operations in order to answer FAQ’s and re-directing clients to relevant departments.

Diarising meetings and appointments between clients and agents.

Responsible for sending invoices, statements and receipts to clients; amongst other things.

Ensuring client satisfaction, managing reviews and CSAT.

Identifying areas of improvement and opportunities.

**Requirements**:
Matric

Experience in Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry and/or call centre environment.

1-2 years experience in a similar role.

Ability to commute/reliable transport and work shifts.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
