We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Spanish Customer Support Agent to join our team in Somerset West. If you are fluent in Spanish and passionate about providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you.
**Job Description**:
As a Spanish Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Spanish-speaking customers receive outstanding support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering information to our Spanish-speaking clientele in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to offer accurate information and solutions.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
