Head Office Retailer is on the hunt for 2 individuals who meet the following requirements:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reporting to the Expense supervisor
- Daily validation of expense invoices including tax details.
- Processing of invoices and credit notes
- Complete and prepare accurate reconciliations for creditors accounts
- Timeous resolution of accounts queries
- Follow up with supplier and resolve any outstanding queries
- Compilation of payment runs
- Managing and monitoring Expense Creditors inbox
- Dealing with audit queries.

**CRITERIA**
- Matric plus relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years creditors’ experience. Experience processing up to 300 supplier invoices per month
- Knowledge of VAT and the requirements for a valid tax invoice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
