- Teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate modules in alternative investments (including property investment) and other investment management modules;

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- An honour's degree in investment management and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA ) qualification; or a master s degree in investment management and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) qualification;
- The ability to teach in English at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
- 'n Honneursgraad in beleggingsbestuur en die Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA ) kwalifikasie, of 'n meestersgraad in beleggingsbestuur en die Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) kwalifikasie;
- Genoegsame vakkennis om modules in alternatiewe beleggings (insluitend eiendomsbelegging) en ook in minstens twee van die volgende beleggingsbestuurareas te doseer: aandele-ontleding, afgeleide instrumente, vaste rentedraende effekte, portefeuljeteorie, portefeuljebestuur, gedragsfinansies, en / of beleggingsetiek;
- Die vermoë om in Engels op voorgraadse en nagraadse vlak onderrig te gee.

**_Daar sal van kandidate op die kortlys (diegene genooi vir n onderhoud) verwag word om n lesing aan te bied aan lede van die Departement Ondernemingsbestuur oor 'n gegewe onderwerp. Indien beskikbaar, moet voorbeelde van kursusmateriaal (insluitende eksamenvraestelle en toetse) wat in vorige kursusse gebruik is, na afloop van die lesing voorgel word._**

- Practical industry experience in an investment management environment;
- Lecturing experience in investment management modules at undergraduate level.
- 'n Rekord van publikasies in geakkrediteerde vaktyskrifte;
- Praktykervaring in 'n beleggingsbestuursomgewing;
- Doseerervaring van beleggingsbestuurmodules op voorgraadse vlak.
