Providing office support including customer and employee support
Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
Keeping computer databases up to date
Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
Educating clients about what products/services are available and how to purchase them
Building relationships with clients
Writing and editing company correspondence
Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
Issuing Invoices and Credit Notes as required.
Prepare monthly debtors and creditors reconciliation.
Prepare monthly General Ledger and Trail Balance Reconciliations.
Prepare monthly Payments and present it for authorisation and payment.
Maintain the Accounting System,
Prepare regular financial report as required.
Assist in monthly Stock Counts and associated Stock Adjustments as authorised.
Maintain monthly Financial Records.
Maintain monthly HR records with guidance from Management.
Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

**Qualifications and Experience**:
