- The Junior Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production of custom t-shirt orders in a timely and efficient manner. This will include overseeing production staff, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and coordinating with the sales team to meet customer expectations.- Manage daily production activities, including scheduling and coordinating work assignments for production staff.
- Monitor and ensure production quality standards are being met by staff.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with safety and production policies and procedures.**Inherent Requirements**
- 1-2 years of experience in a production management role or related field.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with inventory management and production processes.
