We have an opportunity for a CFO in the Santon area within an established company in the Financial Services / Investment industry.

**Requirements**:

- CA(SA) - Essential
- 5 years post article experience
- Experience in a Financial Manager / CFO role
- Experience within Financial Services industry (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Is accountable and responsible for the financial accounting function of holding company and group entities:

- Monthly management accounts;
- Annual financial statements;
- Annual budget;
- Audit.
- Is accountable and responsible for the financial accounting function and reporting of company’s private equity funds:

- Monthly management accounts;
- Quarterly investor reports;
- Annual financial statements;
- Tax certificates;
- Annual ESG report; and
- Sundry investor reports.
- Oversees the administration function:

- Insurance;
- Payments.
- Assists with meeting legal obligations to fund investors.
- Has detailed understanding of all fund agreements.
- Effectively liaises with Investors. and
- Drawdowns and distributions.
- Oversees the company's statutory obligations.
- Taxation;
- Companies’ Act;
- FICA;
- FSB;
- BEE;
- Excon.
- Assist with fund structuring and fund raising process.
- Assist with tax and legal structuring of the company affairs.
- Assist with reporting to company’s Board of Directors on matters pertaining to the CFO position.
