**Senior Claims Administrator**

**Job Summary**

We’re hiring a **Senior Claims Administrator** to join our team on a **full-time, permanent basis**. This is a **remote position** with occasional in-person meetings and office days in the Western Cape. If you have strong attention to detail, solid experience in claims administration, and enjoy working with data, we want to hear from you

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 - 15:00

**Responsibilities**
- Process and verify claims submissions for coverage and eligibility
- Use Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze claim data and identify trends
- Prepare reports and summaries for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims
- Maintain accurate and organized claim records in the system
- Handle claim-related queries from clients and funders in a professional manner
- Provide general administrative support as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in claims administration or similar role
- Knowledge of Medical aid claims process
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, deadline-driven, and eager to learn

**Education & Experience**
- Certificate or higher qualification (preferred)
- Claims Administration: 2 years (required)
- English fluency (required)

**Additional Requirements**
- Own transport (required)
