**About the Brand/Division**:
A challenging opportunity has arisen within the Totalsports Division of The Foschini Group, for a Planner. If you would like the opportunity to join a leading retailer in South Africa and possess the following skills/abilities, then this is the ideal position for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the buying team to maximise sales, analyse performance & optimise product stock levels
- Understanding and interpreting business trends in terms of the Jet Home target market
- Analysis of merchandise performance and relevant outcomes proposed
- Product strategy effectively communicated, presented, and implemented
- Financial and strategic management of the product e.g. product planning, allocations, controlling OTB, reviewing weekly & monthly figures
- Management of range assortments
- Management of replenishment stock
- Collaborative partnerships with internal and external suppliers established and maintained
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Degree in Business Science, Economics, BCom Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- 2-3 years post qualification experience
- Advance Excel, JDA, Artur planning (advantageous)
- Clothing and footwear planning experience (preferrable)
- Product planning and store planning experience
