**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Student Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for potential students, responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospects. Your primary focus will be on increasing student intake through proactive and reactive communication across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct needs assessments to match students with appropriate programs
- Provide comprehensive information about courses, admission requirements, and tuition fees
- Conduct outreach campaigns and follow up on leads from marketing initiatives
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to data analysis for improving recruitment strategies
- Participate in school marketing events and lead generation activities

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or degree required
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or higher education recruitment is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in data entry and basic report generation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as required
