**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings on Takealot and other platforms.
- Ensure accurate pricing, stock availability, and product details across all listings.
- Process and monitor orders, returns, and customer interactions.
- Work with internal teams to align listings with marketing campaigns and stock movement.
- Handle back-office tasks such as product uploads, pricing updates, and system maintenance.
- Identify listing issues and resolve them proactively (e.g. pricing, images, product info).
- Generate and interpret basic sales reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Communicate with Takealot support when needed for issue resolution or queries.

**Key Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience working on e-commerce platforms, preferably Takealot
- Familiarity with SEO or listing optimization.
- Basic understanding of online customer service processes.
- Capable of interpreting basic sales and online performance reports.
- Excellent Administrative work
- Good Knowledge of Excel
- Sage200 Experience is preferrable
- Detailed orientated and self-motivated
- **Must be located within 40km of the office**
