Job Purpose
Responsible for performing the full administrative and coordination function of the Non-GLA Income department.

Head - Non GLA Income.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Secondary interface to Growthpoint media partners and lead on certain sector/ media types and other Non-GLA customers
- Enable and empower media partners (Non-GLA Customers) to run best practice media and other proposals and installations on Growthpoint sites which are in line with City Council By-Laws throughout the Industrial, Commercial and Retail portfolios
- Build and maintain media owner relationships and manage proposals, presentations, budgets, quotes, and contracts
- Coordinate campaigns within the Retail, Industrial and Commercial sector which generate income
- Assist in conceptualizing activations and present projects, execute on campaigns with a Non-GLA income generation approach and maintain these projects
- Generate reports and present them to senior managers to give insights on various campaigns/executions impact based on media owner/tenant/client feedback
- Full understanding of MRI and other internal systems to process invoicing, documents etc.
- Maintain aesthetically pleasing signage on building facades and periphery
- Produce and implement strategies based on client, tenant feedback and requirements
- Strategically contribute to the conceptualizing of new builds within the portfolios with a view to generate income at every level of the building process
- Contribute to the administration of the process and achieve approvals for proposals from media owners for Portfolio Managers, Asset Managers approval to direct managers
- Assist with research, development, and execution of projects within the Non-GLA portfolio which contribute to the Non-GLA income generation focus
- Research international trends and best practices, and developments by the internal property team as well as competitor efforts within the market.
- Follow up on outstanding lease agreements and Client Verification documentation
- Check accuracy of Lease Agreements before sending to Clients for signature
- Prepare renewal sheets with information on current and budgeted charges
- Prepare Cancellations in line with the lease agreement expiry dates
- Monitor performance of media owners through report backs received every month
- Prepare monthly and bi-weekly report packs
- Complete and upkeep outstanding lease reports as well as reports on new lets and renewals already concluded
- Update and keep tenant contact list and detail up to date.
- Forward copy of agreement of lease and tenant criteria documents
Experience
- 3 years’ experience
- Proven history of dealing with media houses, designing and implanting campaigns
