Duties/Pligte
- Managing and coordinating the University Capacity Development project (funded by the Department of Higher Education and Training);
- Managing and participating in projects and activities of the University and the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL);
- Liaising and communicating with Faculties regarding national, University and CTL projects and activities;
- Providing advice and support to academics and other role players in terms of national, University and CTL projects and activities;
- Conceptualising, designing and developing online teaching, learning and assessment resources for academics.

- Bestuur en neem deel aan projekte en aktiwiteite van die Universiteit en die Sentrum vir Onderrig en Leer (SOL);
- Skakel en kommunikeer met Fakulteite ten opsigte van nasionale, Universiteits
- en SOL-projekte en -aktiwiteite;
- Voorsien advies en ondersteuning aan akademici en ander rolspelers ten opsigte van nasionale, Universiteits
- en SOL-projekte en -aktiwiteite;
- Konsepsualiseer, ontwerp en ontwikkel aanlyn hulpbronne vir onderrig, leer en assessering vir akademici.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Relevant Master's degree;
- Two years' experience in a project and financial management role;
- Two years' experience in undertaking monitoring and evaluation of projects;
- Two years' experience in analysis and management of data;
- Relevant experience being employed in a higher education institution;
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams;
- Sound knowledge of the South African higher education sector;
- Strong writtten abilities, including of minutes and reports;
- The ability to think analytically;
- Good communication and liaising skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Willingness and availability to travel.

- Twee jaar ervaring in die monitering en evaluering van projekte;

- Grondige kennis van die Suid-Afrikaanse hoëronderwyssector;
- Sterk skriftelike vaardighede met inbegrip van notules en verslae;
