Harvest Coordinator

**Our client, situated approximately 20km outside of Worcester (direction Robertson) holds a vacancy for a detail orientated and deadline-driven individual to join their team as a Harvest Coordinator.**
- **Managing and daily planning of incoming produce from various farms across the Western Cape.**:

- **Accurate and strategic coordination of delivery schedules.**:

- **Cost effective distribution management.**:

- **Daily and weekly reporting on harvests to all participating farms.**:

- **Effective quality management to ensure services adhere to relevant standards.**:

- **Pro-active coordination of fleet maintenance.**:

- **Effective managing and leading of harvest team.**

**Key requirements for this role include**:

- **Senior Certificate.**:

- **Experience in a similar role and/or environment is advantageous.**:

- **Advanced computer skills.**:

- **Above average administrative and organising skills.**:

- **Excellent communication and time management skills.**

**Salary scale: R15 000 - R20 000 per month, depending on experience.**

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Worcester, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
