**Your role**:
As a midweight account manager at DoubleShift, you will be at the forefront of fostering strong client relationships and driving strategic account planning. Your role is vital in maintaining and growing our client base, particularly in sectors like property, professional services, and fintech.

**Key responsibilities**:
Strategically plan and grow client accounts, aligning with their business goals.
Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and partnership.
Proficiently use tech tools such as Google Suite, Streak CRM, Notion, and Chase for Agencies.
Bring your industry insights and skills to contribute to our ambitious team goals

**What we offer**:
**Competitive Salary**: Monthly salary band ranging from R25,000 to R35,000, negotiable based on your experience and expertise.
**Work Flexibility**: Enjoy a hybrid work model that balances office collaboration with remote work flexibility.
**Start Date**: We want you to join us ASAP or by 1 March.

**Who we're looking for**:
Experienced in account management, ideally within a mid-sized agency or similar dynamic.
Sector-specific experience in property, professional services, and/or fintech.
Tech-savvy, with a flair for using various digital tools and platforms.
A strategic, adaptable, and results-driven professional who's ready to be part of our growth story.
**Educational Background**: Postgraduate degree in business science, marketing, or a similar field.
