Job Title: Logistics Controller

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and strategic Logistics Controller to oversee and optimize our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily management of the effectiveness of the local planning, personal effectiveness and processes accuracy to deliver on time and in full to customers.

Attend to call in / collection customers

Manage Fleet and ensure vehicles are repaired and serviced on time and in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.

Supervise driver

Limit over time and check logistics time sheets to ensure accuracy.

Manage the alignment and effectiveness of the local logistics team - tracking reports and fuel card compliance.

Housekeeping - logistics, front entrance / yard / parking area and verge.

Analyse daily control sheet and note actions required for improvements.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role specifically with logistics, fleet management, staff management, stock control and warehousing.

A high school matric qualification

A good understanding of the importance of this role and the consistent accuracy required

Innovative problem-solving mindset

Good mechanical aptitude

Good communications skills - verbal and written

Leader willingness and ability to hold staff accountable

Good ability to understand, activate and consistently execute processes

Remuneration

R5500.00

Pay: From R5 500,00 per month

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data capturing: 4 years (preferred)
- Logictics: 4 years (preferred)
- Administration: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

**Location**:

- Cape Town, Western Cape (preferred)
