- Your responsibilities and tasks:
Sales Administration:

- Prepare, review, and process customer quotations, purchase orders, and sales contracts.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of orders in ERP/CRM systems.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer pricing, payment terms, and order status.
- Monitor order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and invoicing milestones.

Financial & Project Support:

- Assist the Project Controller with project budget tracking, revenue forecasting, and cost monitoring.
- Generate sales and financial reports for ongoing projects and monthly reviews.
- Reconcile project-related invoices.
- Track change orders, variations, and their financial impact on project margins.
- Support compliance with internal controls, commercial terms, and audit requirements.

Customer & Internal Coordination:

- Serve as a point of contact for customer queries related to orders, delivery, and billing.
- Liaise with finance, procurement, and logistics to resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal meetings for project and sales status updates.

Your profile and qualifications:

- 1 year experience.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Time management and ability to multitask under pressure
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sales terms
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
