**Personal Assistant to Managing Director**

**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized personal assistant to perform administrative duties for the Managing Director. As the personal assistant, you will on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Managing Director’s work and personal life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and the clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings/appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes of meetings
- Keep record of office supplies and refreshments
- Maintain office filing system
- Preliminary draft correspondence for the Managing Director’s approval
- Liaise with relevant parties when instructed
- Draft of various documentation including but not limited to letters, agreements, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Valid driver's license
- Own transport. AA rates will be paid when travelling with own vehicle.
- Secretarial qualification advantageous
- 3-5 years proven experience advantageous
- Knowledge of insolvency and business rescue will be to your benefit
- Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and confidential

Salary depending on experience

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
