**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) intermediate level
- Excellent letter writing and business letter writing
- Shorthand experience to notes quickly
- Agile on their feet to move between 3 factory buildings
- Professional telephonic communication skills
- Be able to write business plans and research content
- Handing correspondence and drafting memos on behalf of the directors
- Strong office administration skills, keep records, preparing reconciliations
- Using intermediate excel skills to motivate figures
- Performing research and analysis on various topics
- Packing office store room shelving and maintaining stock records
- Booking flights and accommodation with experience to handle all directors needs from beginning to end of trip
- Some IT background to be able to set up new PC’s (connect, ethernet, mouse, keyboard, wifi)
- Basic bookkeeping Knowledge, must understand debits and credits
Have used Snipping tool in Microsoft windows
Excel Knowledge
Must live in Centurion
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
