**Educational Requirements**:
Grade 12
Min 3 years’ experience as a team leader in collections at an EDC, or Retail or previously worked for a bank
Between 6months - 1 Year min exposure to Excalibur
Computer proficiency: MS Outlook MS Word, MS Excel and internet explorer
To provide supportive and motivational environment for collections clerks to achieve their targets
Supervision of collections Agents and ensuring direct reporting lines are trained and working efficiently
Ensure productivity targets are achieved
Staff supervision
Manage the daily operations of agents including productivity and rand value
