Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and vibrant junior marketing specialist to join their creative team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing tools is a plus
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and monitor marketing strategies
- Assist in the development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist in maintaining and updating marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in brand messaging
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the team
