**Title**: Talent Acquisition Manager
**Reporting to**: General Manager / VP People
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to design and oversee our internal company hiring.
**The primary objective of this role is**: To find, hire and retain excellent employees for Kandidate.
To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we would expect you to be experienced in full cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise recruiting personnel
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Stay up to date on labour legislation and inform the business about changes in regulations
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners

We work with leading global start-ups to support them with hiring at a key stage of growth. You will be part of the Embedded Talent Partner (ETP) programme which goes beyond country borders and helps scale companies wherever they are located.
We are looking for end-to-end talent acquisition specialist with advanced sourcing and research skills. You will also have a passionate for branding, culture, and People Ops.
Our team have delivered for some of hottest start-ups out there such as Onfido, Zego, PayFit, Fidel, Onefinestay and Decoded to name a few.
We are a remote first business which allow you the flexibility to work from your city centre flat, a coffee shop in Paris, or beach house in Bali, you’ll have full autonomy of your schedule. You will be part of a wider team which currently spans 20 countries including UK, US, Tunisia, Poland, Portugal, Nigeria, Ukraine, Serbia, Hungary.

- If your background matches our requirements, we will schedule an initial call with the GM
- Second stage will be a call with the VP People to dive deeper into your recruitment skills
- Final interview with the CEO & Co-Founder

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager
- Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Excellent communicator
- Well-organized
