Are you someone who:

- Has an understanding of business, expertise in Human capital practices, and ability to influence, navigate complex human dynamics, and lead change requirements including the regulatory requirements within multiple legal entities
- Can function as an employee champion while ensuring discipline in processes and compliance
- Can provide guidance and support to line manager through key Human Capital processes and compliance
- Has managed day to day operations within Human Capital value chain, with comfort in detailed administration and process tracking
- Between 5-7 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Financial Services experience
- Exposure to Investments, this will be an advantage
- A formal tertiary education in Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience facilitating talent reviews and goal setting
- The ability to work confidently across multiple Business areas
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis) with the ability to interpret and present HR data in a way that informs business decisions

- Conduct team sessions and engage in facilitation that supports leadership and employee development, example goal setting facilitation
- Execute on tactical delivery while linking activities to broader business outcomes
- Monitor the progress against tactical processes and operational plans and operational plans, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Support line management with the tracking of processes end-to-end, demonstrating how Human Capital adds measurable value
- Partner with supporting CoEs to ensure practice requirements filter through to employees i.e. Learning and Development
