**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Relevant HR Degree
- Preferred Qualification - Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Industrial Psychology or HR Management, Bachelor of Social Science Degree, or Bachelor of Arts Degree
- Experience - 3 to 5 years in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level

**responsibilities**:

- Contribute to building a workforce of the future focusing on talent development; organisational change leadership; innovation and learning; and create shared value for the communities in which the business operates
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation
- Ensure implementation of the business Transformation plan in managed team and creation of an inclusive culture for employees
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
- Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
- Use technology and data to empower decision making and create future insights for business and the Human Capital service offering
- Build a credible Human Capital brand based on value add and positive contribution to business problems identified
- Co-ordinate, facilitate and implement customer centric business solutions in area of accountability and advise appropriately on recommendations and solutions ensuring an integrated approach to problem solving and solutions developed
- Partner with business and specialist Human Capital teams to support leaders deliver against the business strategy and navigate the future world of work
- Implement and embed defined Human Capital strategies, initiatives, programmes, and solutions through collaboration with Business Unit leaders and specialist Human capital teams to drive people and business outperformance, talent attraction and development
