**The Role**:
Our Client is looking for a highly skilled **TrakSys MES Implementation & Design Specialist** to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) using TrakSys to enhance manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency.

**Skills and Experience**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Taxis MES solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into MES functionalities.
- Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and other manufacturing systems.
- Develop and optimize MES workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in MES implementation.
- Train end-users and support change management initiatives.

**Your expertise**:

- Proven experience in **TrakSys MES implementation and design**.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and MES architecture.
- Experience with system integration (ERP, SCADA, PLCs, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL, database management, and scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

**Qualifications required**:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in **IT/OT convergence** and Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
