**Summary**:
A young, dynamic IT company in Cape Town is looking for a vibrant IT Technician, with their own vehicle to provide IT support to our clients.

Will be required to work in the Cape Town's Southern Suburbs.

**FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Customer Service Orientated
- Will be required to travel from site to site.
- Will be required to do remote support.

**Responsibilities**:

- End-user Remote and In-Person support
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-user incidents and requests.
- Performs user on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Provisioning user operating systems as per IT Operations standards
- Work diligently with the team and end-users to keep users’ technology running.
- Execute tasks as required by Senior Support Engineers or Manager.
- Focus on client centrality, speed and customer satisfaction.
- Planning daily workload in an independent way
- IT hardware inventory and asset management tasks
- Use remote management and connectivity tools to support users.
- Engage with third parties as and when required to fulfill tasks.

**Salary**: R13,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
