Baseline IT is an IT Support and Managed Infrastructure Company, specializing in Cloud Services, Remote and Onsite Support in the Cape Town.

We are looking for a Junior Support Technician, who's primary roles will be
- Take client phone calls and remotely login and resolve desktop and server issues
- Proactively monitor and maintain a Client's Server Infrastructure including updates, backups and routine maintenance.
- Repair incoming client machines including laptops and desktops
- On occasion assist with onsite cabling jobs with the onsite team

You will be joining a technically strong support team spanning two offices where you will be well supported and afforded the opportunity to grow your skills and make your mark in IT Support and Management spanning workstations/servers to networking, Cloud Services and Managed Services such as ESET, The Badjr, Hosted Exchange, AWS and many more.

To successfully apply, we will require the following
- A keen mind for troubleshooting complex problems
- A easy going nature and being socially adept at communicating clearly
- An enthusiasm for IT and figuring out how things work

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R8,500.00 per month
