**Job Summary**:
Elex Academic Bookstore is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Marketing and Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services to potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including LTSM solutions for schools and tertiary institutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support
- Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, with a preference for a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of motivation and initiative
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

**Compensation**:

- Basic salary: R6,000 per month
- Target-based compensation: Reach targets and get compensated, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 08h00 - 18h00
- Weekends: 08h00 - 14h00 (two weekends off and two weekends in)
