- Responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer.
- Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
- Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
- Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction**Inherent Requirements**
- Preferably residing in the Vereeniging / Vanderbijlpark / Sasolburg area- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Great attention to detail. Committed and reliable.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual - English & Afrikaans
