We are looking for motivated Call Centre Agents to promote our Debt counselling services. You will connect with clients, assess their financial situations, and recommend tailored solutions to help them regain financial stability. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, educating clients about debt management, and maintaining accurate records.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Empathetic approach to handling sensitive financial discussions.
- Sales-driven with a focus on meeting targets.
- Experience in sales, call centers, or financial services preferred.
- Speaking 2 Languages is an Advantage. (English, Afrikaans, Xhosa, Zulu. Sotho ect.)
