- Ensure to verify and check that all documents received corresponds to the access control register/ sheet on a daily basis.
- Check that all stock has been graded properly
- Ensure all supporting documents are scanned and attached with every POR generated.
- Liase with the purchasing department monthly to close all open purchase orders
- Should there be any balances on the PO, ensure to discuss with the Inventory Co before commencing with the new month.
- Ensure to do a daily check in the Micro Stores cage of what has been taken and ensure that it is recorded on a daily basis at the end of every day.
- Ensure that the FIFO (First In First Out) rule is applied by all staff in with all Raw Material as well.
- Ensure that all Paperwork is up to date for the Warehouse Controller
- Ensure that the updated Batch tracker report for the Raw Material is sent to the Inventory Coordinator

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric
- Code 8
- 3 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in data capturing and stock control
- MS Word, Excel
